What is Inquiry Mode only?

Inquiry Mode only, also sometimes referred to as "View-Only Access", restricts users to monitoring account balances, transaction history and statements without the ability to transfer funds, pay bills or conduct other transactions. You may complete transactions during this time by calling us at 1-800-679-8287 or visiting one of our convenient branch locations.

Take Action to Be Prepared Prior to Inquiry Mode:

  • Schedule or edit your Bill Pay payments prior to 7:00 AM CT on Tuesday, February 17.
  • Process internal transfers between accounts prior to 6:00 PM CT on Tuesday, February 17.

What To Do During Inquiry Mode:

During the Inquiry Mode period, we can assist you with any transaction in-person at one of our convenient branch locations or via phone by calling us at 1-800-679-8287.

The upgrade is coming Thursday, February 19.

Your account details will be available and ready to use including transaction history, bill pay payee information, scheduled payments and internal transfers, as well as eStatement settings.

IMPORTANT: The following items will transfer over to the new system.

  • Recurring internal transfers
  • Alerts settings
  • Bill Pay payments, payees and history 
  • Card controls via "Cards" within our Mobile Banking app

First Time Login Process

IMPORTANT: To ensure a smooth first time login, it is important that your Online Banking Profile includes your current phone number and email address. Please login to review this information as soon as possible. Your email can be updated online. To update your phone number or if you need assistance, contact us at 1-800-679-8287.

Once the new system is live on Thursday, February 19, you will login using your existing User ID and Password. You will have the option to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.

Please be aware of the following key first time login reminders:

  • If you utilize biometrics to access digital banking, be sure you know your User ID and Password.
  • If you are unsure of your User ID, please contact us for assistance.
  • If you are unsure of your Password, you can easily reset it by selecting "Forgot Password" from the Online Banking login screen and following the on-screen prompts.

NEW Mobile Banking App

Our Mobile Banking app is also getting an update! Once the new system is live on Thursday, February 19, you can access the updated Mobile Banking app in 2 ways:

Through our Current Mobile Banking App

Open our current app, and you will be directed to update the app. Once updated, login with your existing User ID and Password as noted above.

or

Direct Download

Search for Westbury Bank in your device's app store and download the app. Login with you existing User ID and Password, as noted above.

NOTE: If you previously used biometrics to login, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app.
